PATHS Forward Summit 2025: Current State of Hiring (Virtual Event)

This full-day, virtual event will discuss the current state of hiring and the multiplicities of job searching in today’s online and ever-changing world. Each session in the day will create meaningful discussions on the job market for LGBTQ+ professionals in STEAM from common trends, navigating AI, job seeker recommendations, and the release of PATHS’ Workplace Belonging Report!

This summit will also include industry-specific networking spaces and the opportunity for attendees to receive resume feedback and seek advice from professionals.

• STEAM Rooms - A dedicated affinity group space for each STEAM acronym (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) to allow participants to network, talk and connect with others in their fields.

• Ask a Professional - 20-minute time slots for participants to connect 1:1 with a professional to ask career-related questions:
